Lake Garda is only about 30 km away from Verona: a perfect distance for a bike ride!

From the city center we quickly reach the bike path by Camuzzoni Channel, which was built to protect Verona from the river Adige's floods.

The itinerary begins mainly flat, there is a light up-hill before the village of Bussolengo. Once we reach the small city we can have a short break. After Bussolego, we'll have green countryside and wild bush around us.

Soon we'll have lo leave the channel behind to climb up the morenic hills of the Southern part of the Lake. The e-bikes will take us smoothly up-hill and finally… here is the Lake!

We pedal on silent inland roads, while we enjoy the wonderful views, than we finally ride down to the lake shore. It's time for lunch in Bardolino.

The last part of the itinerary is by the water on he bike path until Lazise. Once there we'll park the e-bikes, enjoy some free time (apertivo, walk or refreshing swim?) before the van comes to bring us back to Verona.

Bye bye Lake Garda!
