Trip to a world of delicious flavours and excellent local gastronomy.
We combine artistic and cultural beauties with the great Italian gastronomy. We discover local delicacies by small producers by making exclusive experiences. The good Italian cuisine is not just about having great skills in preparing good recipes, but it’s also about using high-quality ingredients: because of that, we prefer to visit family-run farms that use organic systems. Finally, the restaurants we choose can offer the best of the culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna and Veneto.
This great and complex gastronomy world is shown us by Fu-Ju: foodie, sommelier, art lover, food-and-wine guides writer and great entertainer, she will make us love this world.
A trip made of art, flavours and people – above all – that will impart us the passion for the “buon mangiare”.
